I am a guy in high school and I have really bad acne. I am doing a sport now where I sweat a lot. I tried using neutrogena to treat my acne. It started working for the first 3 weeks, then my acne came back just as bad as before. Why did this happen and what can I do to solve my acne?

I used to have moderately bad acne and started using Proactiv. It has been working quite well but it is a little pricy and a little more time consuming than other products. I can't trust any of the 1000s of other products that I'm reading about so I'd just like to know what product is working best for everyone.
Please just state the name, no added info.

I have mild to moderate inflammatory acne on my face, upper arms, back, and the back of my neck. I been to the dermotologist and she perscribed me a cream. Nothing seems to work, I take very good care of my skin. So I was wondering how bad acne has to be to be put on Accutane, because I really want to go on it because I heard it's very powerful and effective, but I don't know if she'll let me. Anybody know?

So far, nobody has given me a straight answer on exactly how risky Accutane is. It seems to me that "Accutane could cause serious side effects" like "Standing out in a thunderstorm could cause you to get struck by lightning." I mean, I know the danger is there, but is it really so risky that I'd rather be stuck with bad acne?
Dosage: 10 mg, twice a day for one month.
I'm a dude, by the way.

How old are you, what is the name of the treatment, the cost, and how bad was your acne and for how long did you have it?
I'm 15, have had acne since 11. First it was mild but then it got to be moderate and it's all over my face now and my chest and back. I've tried proactiv and it worked while I had mild acne but then I stopped and it came back MORE. I've also been on Minocycline and it helped my body acne but not so much on my face. I'm wondering what else is out there. I want to try Accutane but afraid of the side effects. Thanks!
I have no family history of bad acne like me. My parents and my grandma says I'll grow out of it but I don't believe them. Dx Everyone has such good skin! My grandma is 67 and she doesn't even have saggy skin. But I'm stuck with a pizza face.
