I have tried clean and clear advantage, zapzyt, Acne free severe acne face wash, and tea tree oil. I heard proactive stops working a while so I dont want to try that. My skin is coverd in acne and I want to get rid of it. I also have white heads and blackheads. What is a good product to get rid of all that stuff?

I has severe acne and I have these dark purple/brown scars that can't even be concealed . I want to be able to go out with out wearing think foundation but I don't want my scars to show. Is there any remedy or products that you guys swear by that will remove my scars?

I have really severe acne (cystic) and doctor prescribed me oral antibiotic( minocycline ) a month ago but seem like my skin still getting cystic acne over time.I would like to try to ask my doctor to prescribe me Accutane. I have tried numerous prescriptions for my acne and nothing seems to help. I would really like to get rid of my acne without using accutane due to its harsh side affects. Does anyone know of any other medications or remedies that will help to cure my severe acne.

does accutane really work for severe acne? and how bad are the side effects?

my 12 year old daughter has really severe acne. its blackheads, and infected pimples. some whiteheads. we put her on doryx and retin-a but it didnt really help. we are using skin id which seems to dry it out a bit. our dermatologist told us to put her on accutane, and since she has had her period, they have to do pregnancy tests and crap. do you think this is a good idea? we are worried that she will have depression its in our family history.
