i dont really have acne, but sometimes i'll get a zit. what is the the most effective spot treatment?

I had a zit and it wouldn't go away for like ever. BTW it was on my nose Now the stupid zit left a darker spot behind. How in the world do I get rid of it? Please help

I have a hole in my face from a zit i scratched of do you think if i put toothpaste on it that it would make it go away? I have tried everything and i have tried toothpaste once but i was unpatient and didnt do it long enough to see results but would i be wasting my time? Would it work?

I rarely get alot of acne, but if i get a zit or two its above my nose, on my forehead. Usually i let them naturally heal but i have popped 1 or 2 and they have left a few small red marks on my face. what the least difficult way to get rid of the scars without going to a dermatoligist?

I have a zit that i scratched of with my fingernail on accident and i looked in the mirror and it left a hole and it sometimes looks bigger at the end of the day but when i look in the mirror it doesn't look that deep. Do you think threes any chance it would go away if my skin ever peeled from a sunburn? Or do you think it would go away by itself? I think its really noticeable and I hate looking at it because its my fault its there!

I have cystic acne and have a zit coming up on the very edge of my lip. Unfortunately, I now look like I have a fat lip and I work in a looks focused office! everytime i get a zit i always pick it, so i have a lot of scars on my face. i need an acne scar cream to help them go away, because i have had these scars for a really long time. i've never bought acne scar cream before, and i don't want to waste my money on something that has no effect. what creams have worked best for you in this kind of situation? and how long did it take for you to see a noticible result?
